In a lengthy tweet, my good friend Teng discusses the current state of the profile picture market. His post was prompted by the situation surrounding Azuki, and I wholeheartedly agree with his sentiments, so I won't delve into it further :)

It's no secret that I'm a massive fan of Persona 5 (in my top 5 games, and OSTs of all time) and Atlus as a whole, and I’m awaiting all of their upcoming releases.
Last week, Atlus finally unveiled some exciting information about their highly anticipated project, "Metaphor: ReFantazio" through an interview with the genius producer and director, Katsura Hashino. The interview shed light on the following key points:
The ambitious "Project Fantasy" has morphed into the creation of a new RPG called "Metaphor," which strives to differentiate itself while capturing the very essence of fantasy.
"Metaphor" incorporates unique elements from counter-culture and contemporary trends, all while staying true to the team's distinct style. (Take a look at Persona 5, if you want to understand this)
The game mixes fantasy elements with themes and experiences that deeply resonate with real-life situations, thus creating a relatable and immersive world (Like Persona 5, kinda)
The protagonist of "Metaphor" embodies a heroic and determined demeanor, while being intentionally gender-neutral (Can’t wait for all keyboard warriors to lose their shit on this)
The character design within the game blends modern fashion with Western fantasy, resulting in a visually stunning and distinctive style.
The artwork in "Metaphor" possesses a “painting” quality, enriching the fantastical settings and captivating characters.
The game's music harmoniously fuses elements of religious music with a choir-like chorus and hints of rap, aiming to craft a truly unique and impactful soundtrack (Persona 5 had a wonderful jazzy OST, excited to see Atlus’ take on this genre!)
All of this intensifies my excitement for its upcoming release in 2024. Now, please, gib me news on Persona 6.
